What are you doing for your health?
|
What are you doing to help your body stay healthy?
I've recently cut out all soda/pop..........it's NOT good for me........
I've also cut out almost all salt.
What are you all doing to stay healthy?

Ride a mountain bike for cardio.
Big breakfast, little dinner.
No soda, sugar, corn syurp or fructose.
Rarely eat any processed foods.
Limit Carbohydrates.
Drink lots of water.
Lots of fish, fruits and vegetables.
Stretching exercises.
Stay active at work and with horses.
Take supplements.
Drink homemade green tea every day.
Most important...prayer, asking God to keep me healthy and to guide me into healthy life style choices.

As of April 2011, no more red meat, way less bread, no rice, and much more salads without dressings. Plus a daily 20 minutes exercise regimen.

I walk sometimes and try to eat healthy. I wish I had a treadmill or I wish I could go to a GYM because the weather sometimes makes it hard to go out. . I need to find the exercise video that my mom has so I can exercise in the house. Well, health wise I am doing o.k. but could be a little better.

I stopped eating meat 15 years ago. Not everybody could do with this, but for me it is the perfect diet, since I never liked meat much as a child. These days some of my friends start doing the same in order to raise a healthy lifestyle. They agree with my experience that you have much more energy without meat, because for your body it is pretty hard to digest it. Apart from that I try to keep my sugar level low and of course avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
I work full time in a watch store. In order to keep up a certain level of physical exercise, I try to make my way to work by bike each day, unless the temperature is below zero or something. And in betweentimes, when I am not polishing pilot watches or doing any customer service, I do some crunches.

I take a handful of vitamins at nearly every meal.
Walk 2 miles a day.
Stay away from sugar (I eat a sugary snack only once every three days and then it has to fit in the palm of my hand).
Absolutely no soda/coke.
Little to no bread.
Push ups!

My health plan
|
Aquaponic garden and chickens in the yard. no microwaved anything, no genetically modified foods or processed foods, No eugenics inspired vaccines or pharmaceuticals (pharmakeia = sorcery) Real health comes from the farm not the pharmacy !
filtered and alkalized water ( flouride first used in water of nazi concentraion camps to lower intelligence and make prisoners more passive. and disease can only exist in an acidic enviroment)
living food not lab food
honoring the bible diet guidelines no unclean scavengers on the plate
Did Jesus create this food or did some corporation ? Remember the use of food as a weapon in history.
