  • avoid contact with chemicals such as nail polish, hairspray, hair dye, lotion, makeup, perfume, air fresheners, etc.

The first thing I do in the morning is drink a glass of purified water (sometimes with some lemon juice in it).

And all the rest sounds like me as well. I was buying raw milk but the Mennonite farmer changed his route and dropped the pickup location where I went. What a shame.

I may sound weird, but most of the time (not all) if I hold my cell phone directly against my ear, the inside of my head hurts in this tingling/electric kind of way. It actually feels like how an ultrasound feels if they have it up too high.

So....keep it up!

You're in TN, aren't you? You should be able to get raw milk from the same farm I do. They deliver all over the state. www.westwindfarms.com

Running in a regular basis (or try to Mr. Green )
Light meal at dinner
Sleep at least 8 hours per night
Cut in soda/soft drinks (and other sugar sources)
