What do YOU think about when YOU think about God???
I hope this is in the right section. If not, I'm sorry.

Let's do some soul searching...

The power He has to be our Provision-to care for His children when in need with life sustaining power.
The fact he cared so much for us, that He was not content to merely form and shape us. He wanted to be with us. So in His grace and love-He came and was the ultimate sacrifice for us. Still not enough!
He came to be forever with us. He said "I will come to you". So the God of all creation came to live in our hearts and continues to move in us until such time as we are all taken home, so that "...where I am, there may you be, also".

Such are the meditations of my heart on this awesome God we seerve....

I think about the fact He never leaves our side and is always there to meet our every need through prayer. He is also our protector, helper and comforter. Smile

I'm thankful He is in my life! As the Bible says "Without Him, we are Nothing."

I think about how much he loves us, what a good daddy he is, he is the ultimate father, he will never get mad at you never hurt you.

All he ever wants you to do is to listen to him, he wants to have a conversation with all of us and tell us how much he loves us when we wake up in the morning and when we Go to sleep.

Some people only come to God "Daddy" When they get in trouble or need something. What would our parents do if we only came to think for help or money? Shooooooot my dad would be like " Uhhh.......you haven't talked to me in months now your askin me for money?...girl you crazy"

Im trying to add a bit of human in it so people will not think im trying to say anything really bad. I am simply making a point. God loves us soooooooo much

I think about a father and his love for all his children.

P.S GOD BLESS I LOVE YOU! even though i don't know you! lol

I think about the fact that He created the whole universe and everything in it, all the stars, thousands of galaxies, each containing multitudes of solar systems, each with a various number of planets and moons, all the climates and earth. and all life. Humans and animals, clouds and earth, right down to the tiniest particle of existence. He died for each and every 1 of us personally. and that we are technically insignificant compared to the grand scale of things. Yet we're given an eternal spirit, Love, and free will. Not only that, but God gave enough concern in us that He sent His only Son to suffer and take our place, while doing everything He could do to save us and help us. It's very humbling to know that fact.

Love isn't an emotion, it's a commitment. But more so, it's the continuous act of devotion. To be with each other even when the emotions are gone. Love isn't "I Do", it's "I Will". To not only accept a person for who they are, but to continually work w each other to be better.

Just finished reading a book by Francis Chan called "Crazy Love". It has a few videos on the website to go along with the reading. One of the videos reminded me of your post. Go to www.crazylovebook. Click the link towards the bottom left side of the page that says "videos". Then, click the "Awe Factor of God" video. Wow...

When I think of God most of the time I think of Jesus though I know we have a trinity God. I think of Jesus because He's the one whom I know I can relate to in the various aspects of life. I also think of God's love and how much He had to sacrifice to send His one and only son thoguh He never had to. Also his mercies and blessing He bestowed upon me while I know I am not worthy. I am just grateful and I can't even describe it. And I also think of how many time He has saved me from death. I can never thank God enough.

I've been wanting to read Crazy Love so bad!!!! I've just heard amazing things about the book and how it can change your prespective of things forever!
To answer your question I think of God as my best friend! We pretty much just kick it all day long! He fulfills everything in me and I long for that time with Him!

I think of a strong best friend, always there when I need Him, provides a journey for me with a great destination and of course without Him I would be lost.
