As Christians we see religious liberties as being able to study, worship, fellowship, and various actions that we see as necessary to our religion, and I believe the Jews feel the same. The problem comes in when religions see that "their religious liberties" is something that conflicts with someone elses' personal rights or even abuse of a member of the religion. What do you define as religion and what do you define as too far? Many countries have disallowed a lot of religions throughout history just so they didn't have to deal with it.
